Very proud of my ballerina girls and a performance that had major cuteness overload! Had to brag on them!
Backstage: Lipstick on, mascara done, poised and ready!
The rust colored denim has been a consistent trend for both Fall and Winter making it a great transitional piece for the seasons. I find it looks best worn with neutral tops and patterns like soft ivories, browns and blacks. For accessories, I look for warmer tones and accents to pull in the rich rust color.
My denims are a coated jean from Habitual, booties are Pink and Pepper, jacket is Alfani, and the bag is from JustFab.

For Fall. Start transitioning your Summer t-shirts by easily adding a neutral cardigan or lightweight jacket. Give it a more laid back look by wearing it open and throw on a beanie. Done and done.

Many have asked on pinterest and facebook about this style board I made for a casual men’s outfit and where they can get it, BUT, everything is sold out now:/ Sorry guys! However, I thought I would at least give you links to the stores because you can find similar-ish styles and other nice options they have there.

Wearing statement jewelry easily pulls together simple, minimalist outfits. Pick one item to be the statement piece and other accessorizes low key. I paired the white cluster necklace with really simple stud earrings and no bracelets or rings (I always wear my heart/cross though, even if it doesn’t go) and kept the bag and shoes neutral.

White jeans are fresh and crisp for Summer and pretty much go with anything. Check out my fashion boards below for ideas on how to wear the white jean this season and… how to keep them that way!
I love wearing skinny jeans so that’s my usual go-to, but just pick a fit that you like best like- a wide-leg, or a cropped capri, etc.
It might be a little daunting to make it through the day wearing white. I would recommend keeping one of
those stain remover pens in your purse and then just washing your jeans when you get home. If you don’t have one on hand and have to wait till later, the OxiClean laundry spray remover works wonders, just spray it directly on the spot and wash them in hot water.
If even all that is too much work, honestly for me, white jeans are the only kind that I will NEVER buy from a designer brand. I do think its worth it to invest in quality denims that will last forever, but when it comes to white, I go to Wet Seal! So if I do drop spaghetti and meatballs on me or my niece and little cousins (love them all!) grab me with their sticky hands…then whatevs, got them on sale for 10 bucks.
So give ’em try, its not that scary;)

Here are my top 3 favorite looks from the country gal’s at this year’s CMT Awards.
1) Miranda Lambert.
I actually have to give 1st place to Miranda Lambert kinda twice. I love her red carpet look as well as her performance dress. She wore an ivory Celia Kritharioti mini dress that is really beautiful and feminine with the crystals and metallic belt. The whole styling for her performance outfit is perfect and edgy with the gold embellishments, I really love her hair and makeup as well. And the song! Sucha fun song, she and Carrie Underwood make a great duo.
2) Kimberly Perry.
This dress is simple and sweet with the girly ruffle skirt.
3 Jennifer Nettles.
She wore a pair of chic sophisticated palazzo pants with a cool embellished leather top and jeweled belt.
P.S. I just realized… I guess I should also include Brian Kelley’s (florida georgia line) wife Brittney Marie Cole since she and Miranda wore the same Jovani dress! Whatever it happens..they both look great in it.
